1 Acceptance of Terms

8 Account Suspension & Termination

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct;
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months;

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, any funds held in the account — including both deposited funds and bonus balances — may be forfeited at 4777d's discretion.
